Dr. Katie Henery

Dr. Katie Henery graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California, and soon after joined the team at the Oakland office of The Specific Chiropractic Center. She became qualified to join the ranks of The Specific by completing advanced, post-doctorate training through the That Something Coaching Program during her internship at Life West.  

Additionally, Dr. Henery completed extensive training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA, Inc) to advance her education, training and knowledge of practice-based research in the realm of chiropractic care for children and in pregnancy. She is now a candidate to become Board Certified in Chiropractic Pediatrics.

Throughout her time at Life West, Dr. Henery was actively involved with Student Council, and was Vice President to both the Pediatrics Club and the Fast Track to Success Club.

Prior to graduate school, Dr. Henery studied Physics at Northern Arizona University. She received numerous awards for academic excellence including the honor of making the Dean's List. 

Dr. Henery recently served the people of El Salvador as part of an outreach program through Life Chiropractic College West. While there, she adjusted hundreds of Salvadorians from all different age groups and ailments in order to help them achieve a greater state of health.
